Maverick Valves ‘MVTCD’ Gate Valves.

This high performance, bi-directional slab gate valve is ideal for high pressure, critical service application 3000 through 20000 psi on well-heads, production trees and manifolds.

FEATURES

  • Metal to metal sealing on backseat, body-seat, seat, gate and
  • body-bonnet interfaces ensuring sealing under all operating conditions.
  • Excellent low pressure, low temperature sealing by the use of self-energized PTFE seals.
  • Seat and gate faces are coated with Tungsten carbide, which is highly corrosion resistant.
  • Non-rising stem design.
  • Forged body and bonnet for all material classes.
  • Low operating torque by the use of thrust bearings.
  • Simple maintenance and service without the use of special tools.
  • Self-energized stem packing.

Top Flange Size: 1-13/16” to 7-1/16 standard through bore size.
Pressure rating : 2000 PSI to 15000 PSI

Specification

Slab gate valve meet the requirements of the latest edition of API 6A and / or API 6D SSV by replacing the expanding gate with a slab gate.

Material for H2S service in accordance with NACE MR-01-75, latest edition.
