The semi-manufactured products are stored in the intermediate stock. Before assembling a valve all parts will be collected out of the semi-manufacturing warehouse and all small materials will be collected out of an automatic paternoster system.
The assembly department uses an installation manual for valve assembly. After assembly the valve will be tested with use of our test benches. Extra tests, such as cryogenic testing can be done in-house. The results of the tests can be found in a valve test report.
After testing, the valve can be sprayed in a specific color. This process is designed to the highest requirements of valves, for example on offshore installations or in sub-sea applications. In the final step the valve will be packaged in any customer specified packaging.
