Our valves are engineered to operate effectively at water depths of up to 3000 m (10,000 ft) and boast an impressive average service life of 25 years. Our subsea side-entry ball valves can be equipped with a subsea gear and ROV receptacle, enabling remote operation by a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). Alternatively, they can be configured with a handwheel for manual operation by a diver. To enhance functionality, valves can also be fitted with hydraulic subsea actuators, providing precise control in a double or single acting configuration. Additionally, some models offer the option for ROV override.

• Generally fully welded valves, to prevent possible water passing through valve body. 
• Suitable for 3.000 m water depth installation (10.000 feet). 
• Offered with materials suitable for subsea environment. 
• Available also with Double block and bleed, modular type design.

Design features

• Double block and bleed design (DBB).
• Anti-statie device.
• Anti-blowout stem.
• Soft-seated or metal-seated designs with hardfacing on ball and seats.
• Seat configurations available: self-relieving, double piston, and combination seats.
• O-ring/lip seal configuration.
• Body sealing designed in double O-ring configuration for sea water protection.
• CRA overlay on all dynamic sealing areas or on all wetted parts available.

Operator

• Manual: Gear with ROV receptacle or handwheel.
• Actuated: Hydraulic with or without ROV receptacle/ handwheel override.
• Baric compensator for operators.

Testing & certification

• Compliance with API 6D5S inspection and testing.
• SIL 3 Certification as per IEC 61 508.
• PED 2014/68/UE.
• Hyperbaric validation testing as per API 6DSS (available on request).
• Cap test as per API 6DSS (available on request).
